ERTmiral® is the heart of our automation solutions: a web-based fleet and order management software for the centralized control of all mobile robots and automation modules. ERTmiral® allows you to plan, prioritize, and monitor all transport orders in real time.
The software combines fleet management with order management in a single interface. It supports multiple users and can be used across multiple locations, but is intentionally installed locally at the customer's site to ensure full data security.

ERTmiral® is the central orchestration system for your smart factory. As the „brain“ of the system, it connects machines, mobile robots, and higher-level or control systems, and manages material transport and machine loading in a centralized and transparent manner. Thanks to its intuitive interface, the software is very easy to use.
Thanks to its VDA 5050 capability ERTmiral® can integrate not only mobERT® robots but also AMR fleets from various manufacturers and coordinate them manufacturer-wide. Open, bidirectional interfaces also enable seamless integration with ME or WM systems: from order transfer to confirmation of successful execution.

With the Drag-and-Drop Template Editor you can easily create complex transport and handling processes
using a modular approach.
Tasks and subtasks - ranging from robot movements to gripper actions to machine communication - are defined as templates and executed in the desired order.
Process logic and parameters can be configured intuitively, and form the basis for fast, standardized, and secure order execution
Shop Floor Map in Real Time
With the integrated Map view you visualize your shop floor clearly and in real time. Production layouts can be easily uploaded and enhanced in the editor with robots, machines, targets, and zones. Intelligent filters and groupings ensure you always keep track of relevant elements and receive transparent status information at a glance regarding ongoing processes and mobile robots on the shop floor.
