Blank Feeder
Through automated, efficient palletizing, the Blank Feeder consistently and reliably supplies unmachined blanks for the next machining step.
Reduce manual intervention, avoid downtime, and ensure a continuous flow of materials. As a modular, integrable system, the Blank Feeder fits seamlessly into your existing production and smart factory architecture for maximum performance.
Blank Feeder
Improve efficiency. Increase production.
Manual palletizing of blanks can become a bottleneck as you expand your production. The autonomous blank feeder is the solution.
Two feeding units transport carbide blanks onto vibrating plates, where a camera system detects their exact position. A FANUC robot picks up each part, inspects the chamfers using a vision system, and precisely palletizes only the good parts into defined cassette slots in exact quantities.
- Higher efficiency in blank handling
- Automated quality control
- Stable, continuous production
Blank Feeder
Ensure stable and efficient production
The Blank Feeder combines two feeding units, a high-performance vision system, FANUC industrial robotics, and an intelligent cassette loading unit into a compact system. NOK parts are detected inline and automatically ejected before they reach your process.
Manual interventions and unplanned downtime are reduced, while process reliability and repeatability increase. This lays the foundation for continuous production - regardless of increasing product variety or a shortage of skilled workers.
Thanks to its modular architecture, the Blank Feeder can be flexibly integrated into existing production environments and seamlessly incorporated into your smart factory.
