Especially during long production runs or in shift operations, manual replenishment limits machine productivity.

Smart Factory systems like the Blank Feeder take over the automatic singulation and feeding of raw parts in defined quantities and positions. An integrated robot removes the blanks from the sorting units, and the integrated vision system checks chamfers, detects NOK parts and automatically sorts them out.

The solution can be seamlessly integrated into existing manufacturing cells and ensures a continuous material flow. In combination with mobERT® blanks are automatically supplied from storage or buffer systems. This creates end-to-end automation from material transport to machine loading.
