Packaging components are fed from the hopper, separated by vibrating plates, and precisely picked up by a camera-guided robot. The robot then removes each tool from the workpiece carrier and packages it.
Labeling is done automatically - tailored to your brand identity or your traceability requirements. Finished products move directly onto the output conveyor belt, ready for pickup.
