The mobERT® The setup of the Smart Factory is an integral part of the Rollomatic Smart Factory. The mobile manipulator automatically supplies Rollomatic machines with workpieces, removes finished parts and transfers them seamlessly to subsequent in-process systems such as SINA for marking.
Combined with a blank feeder for raw part feeding and the automated packaging system, this creates a seamless material flow without manual intervention.
The result: a scalable lights-out manufacturing operation with higher output, reduced errors, and maximum equipment availability.
